SIMA labeled oligos are stable at 55°C in ammonium hydroxide (up to 6-8 hours) and can be deprotected with AMA. Storage: Freezer storage, -10 to -30°C, dry. Stability in Solution: 2-3 days, <90% efficient after 4 days Store labeled oligo in the dark, either dry or in a neutral aqueous media at -20°C. Do not store crude fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides in ammonia.
